Regarding payment method

We accept the following payment methods

Credit card payment

Please select Credit Card payment from payment method options page.
We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MASTER, JCB, AMEX.


The card you selected cannot be used for this payment, you will be brought back to payment method page.
Please choose from other options such as convenience store or bank transfer payment.

Convenience store payment

Please note that, if you chose payment through convenience store and cancel or change your reservation and need a refund, we can only make refunds to Japanese bank accounts.
Please note that we cannot remit to foreign countries.

Please select which convenience store to use for the payment.

Payment methods may differ between convenience stores.
(Please note that there is a difference in the usage procedure between the New・Old Loppi device when making payment using Lawson`s Loppi.)
To make payment through Seven-Eleven convenience store, please be careful not to jot down the wrong payment ticket number.

Payment deadline
Please present the payment ticket at each convenience store before payment deadline, or, by 6pm on date of departure, whichever occurs the earliest.

The deadline for the payment will be shown on the reservation screen or on the reservation confirmation e-mail.
Your reservation will be automatically cancelled if the payment has not been made by the deadline.

Convenience store payment using Smart Pit

Please select bank transfer from payment method options page.

Please let us know the card number by phone of free card “Smart Pit Card” that can be found in all convenience store in Japan.
After registering the card number, you may make payment in around 5 minutes.

If you do not own a Smart Pit Card, you may also use the Smart Pit Sheet. The sheet can be obtained here
The card number you keyed in will be registered on our side. After you received a reservation confirmation email, please complete the payment at the nearest convenience store.

Lawson・Family Mart・CircleK・Sunkus・Mini Stop・Three F

Lawson net shopping “Loppi” service is installed Mini Stop, Family Mart. When making payment, please operate at the multimedia device and proceed to the cashier for payment.
For other stores, please show your Smart Pit Card at the cashier.
